Obol and DSRV Present The State of Ethereum in South Korea

Obol and DSRV have jointly released a new research report covering the Ethereum ecosystem in South Korea. The piece looks at “Ethereum on the Ground” in South Korea across many verticals, including user habits, the builder community, the local events scene, the regulatory environment, and expectations for Ethereum’s future in the region. As part of our research, we interviewed some of the key players in South Korea’s Ethereum scene and gathered their key insights for our report. 

South Korea has one of the world’s most unique crypto environments due to its regulatory backdrop and cultural trends. In the past, these factors have caused Ethereum adoption in South Korea to lag against other active regions. But as we discovered when producing this report, the climate is changing fast. Overall, we found that the state of Ethereum in South Korea shows huge promise.
