RockLogic Migrates to Obol Distributed Validators in Lido’s Curated Module
RockLogic is entering the Ethereum Staking End Game, deploying stake on Distributed Validators via Lido’s Curated Module.
The team behind Stereum, one of Ethereum's most widely-used node management tools, and StereumLabs, the entity producing neutral client metrics, is now securing its Lido stake with Obol.
RockLogic Moves Stake Onto Obol DVs
RockLogic has migrated 1,000 validator keys onto Obol Distributed Validators in Lido's Curated Module. RockLogic is the company behind Stereum, the open-source node management tool built to make running Ethereum validators accessible to home stakers. RockLogic also built StereumLabs, providing neutral and independent client metrics to developers, researchers and node operators.
Stereum was one of the first tools to integrate Obol’s Distributed Validator infrastructure, giving solo stakers a path to DVs long before institutional adoption accelerated. Now, the team that helped bring DVs to home stakers is running them on their own stake in the Curated Module.
From Home Staker Tooling to Curated Module Stake
RockLogic isn’t a typical node operator. Based out of Austria, the team has been building staking infrastructure from the ground up, both running validators and building the tools that let others run them. To date, Stereum has helped thousands of home stakers set up and manage their validator nodes. Stereum’s early integration of Obol DVs signaled the team’s belief in DVT long before Lido’s Curated Module upgrade made it broadly available.
That conviction is now backed by action. By migrating onto Obol, RockLogic is bringing the same architectural ethos it built Stereum on—resilience, security, and reducing single points of failure—to its professional staking operations.
“Decentralization as well as client diversity is part of our strategy to help build a safer network. Obol fits this approach in many ways.”—Stefan Kobrc, RockLogic Managing Partner
Momentum in the Curated Module
RockLogic joins a growing list of major operators to adopt Distributed Validators in Lido’s Curated Module. Following updates from Stakely, Pier Two, Blockdaemon, and ParaFi Tech, this migration continues the trend of leading operators upgrading from legacy validator technology.
The Curated Module is the largest pool of staked ETH on Ethereum, representing the majority of Lido’s TVL. Lido extended support for Obol Distributed Validators to the module last summer, highlighting the protocol’s conviction in our view that it’s time to replace legacy validators. RockLogic is one of many operators to follow Lido’s signal.
RockLogic Joins the Staking End Game
Distributed Validators are becoming the industry standard for sophisticated staking operators and RockLogic’s migration is evidence of that. We expect more operators to follow RockLogic in the near future.
As more entities transition their Curated Module keys onto Distributed Validators, the share of Lido’s TVL secured by Obol will continue to grow. Eventually, most staked ETH will live on DVs. Obol represents the Ethereum Staking End Game—RockLogic is the latest Ethereum mainstay to join us in the future.
